MusicFest Canada selects an individual from each ensemble performing at the Festival to receive the MusicFest Honour Award. The award consists of a commemorative plaque and is recommended by the ensemble director.
MusicFest Canada will not normally accept applicants under the age of 15 as of May 1 in the year of the Festival. Parents of applicants younger than 15 as of May 1st may be asked to make special arrangements for accommodations, travel and supervision.
